The 'Mission'

Serving plant based, Raw food free of chemicals or other harmful substances, in other words: food that is fit for human consumption. With the idea that truly good and suitable food for humans can also please the senses and lift up the spirit.

Sustainability

The rolling Raw Food bike uses mostly reusable tableware. That is for the customers who choose to enjoy their food in a reasonable vicinity from the bike. A small deposit is added to the charge of the food and customers receive this back in cash when the plate or cup is returned. People who really want to take their food to go pay a small fee for a disposable bamboo plate.

What is Served? 

When going on the road a fixed menu is presented, which alternates occasionally. For a pre-planned event the menu can be changed to fit the need of the client. Let's discuss and see if we can think of something good together.
